AIRWOLF REIMAGIND
File A56-7W. Top secret. Subject: AIRWOLF, a Mach-3 plus attack helicopter. Sought by governments friendly and foreign, AIRWOLF has been hidden by test pilot Stringfellow Hawke - to be returned to the government only if his brother, St. John, an MIA in afghanistan, can be found.

Michael Coldsmith Briggs III, code name: Archangel - Deputy Director of the intelligence agency that developed AIRWOLF.

Believed to covertly provide logistical support to Hawke in exchange for flying AIRWOLF on missions of national interest.

Hawke is 34...reclusive, sensitive...a loner. Known to associate with his only friend and mentor, Dominic Santini.

Together, Hawke and Santini fly AIRWOLF at speeds rivaling the fastest jets. Backed by unmatched firepower, AIRWOLF is a weapon too dangerous to be left in unenlightened hands. Finding AIRWOLF is your number one priority. END OF FILE.

I have always been of the show Airwolf and I love you drawings, but I think your scaling is off on the tail, I think they are to close together in the rear view to the bottom view.  Have you ever thought about doing general layout.  I play a Champion character that has a water power plants instead of jet fuel.

I like it, though now I they would kind of bring back Airwolf using your design. It got the look of Airwolf but has a more streamlined design, it really does look like the ideal high-breed of both helicopter and jet.

In short this is BADASS!

A fantastic redesign for one of my favorite aircraft (well, fictional aircraft, but you get the idea....). Well done--will fave this one.

This is bad ass. I've seen it before, but I finally have a deviant account to comment on it. I hope they use this idea if they ever remake Airwolf.

HMmm, in favor of mechanical simplicity, looks like one of the rotor's blades swiffles around completely, along it's length.

Don't know if it's possible anymore at this point, but it might be interesting if the Rotor had a coaxial pair of blades as well.
THat way the blades simply have to lock in place while spinning, and the top lowered slightly.

This also effectively doubles it's total load capacity.

<_<

Sorry, I do that sometimes, nice rendeirng irregardless :)

This is a very excellent design. A new take on this I must say. Though a little fast forward in futuristic design it is still fantastic!

- There are some shows that should remain untouched I think. But who knows perhaps someone will get it right on a remake or rebirth of the Lady.

hmmmmmm, that guy does look like he'd make a good Hawke, but nobody could replace Ernest Borgnine's role.
